Some Words Unspoken

According to me, there are two kinds of people in this world; those that care and show it and those that care but can’t show it. This difference has always been there with me when it comes to expressing how I feel for someone. However, I have been too lazy or ignorant to ever care about it. And probably, I will stay the same person my whole life that I am right now.
Then what is the point writing about it because I like myself just the way I am. The thing is since the last 7-8 months, I have spent my entire time here in KIAMS. And I have spent my time with the people here.
I have been talking with them, I have been laughing with them, I have been teasing them and I have been consoling them. It just so happens that some of the best friends that I made here were not from my own batch. Rather, they were my seniors.
I remember the first senior who had talked to me here. It was on 2nd July. The name of the guy is Vikas Sakiv (I didn’t know his name at that time for obvious reasons). He had asked Rajat a question and I knew the answer. So that was my first interaction with the seniors. And then, there was Saad Beg who was as nice and friendly as he seems.
And I remember the day when my buddy (didn’t know at that time that it was her) called me up randomly and asked me how I was adjusting to KIAMS and its people. That was the day when I first met Anju Khatri, my buddy and her group, the muscle man, Abdul Akbar Khan and the BRAND himself, Basharat Abbas Zargar.
I even remember the day in rotunda when I pissed off some off the seniors because of my USP (lazy, edgy etc) especially Saalim Hussain. And I also remember one more senior who I kind of pissed off. It was Swati Mazumdar (I still think Robert Pattison is gay). Then there was Shweta Chawla, the sweet person from back home who tirelessly showers her blessings on me (KhammaGhani).
I remember the day when I proposed a boy for the first time (God make me forget that day). It was a task to be performed and I had to propose to none other than Sudhanshu Pal. I just took a deep breath, closed my eyes, kneeled down on my knees and said the most beautiful words ever, “I Love You Sudhanshu Pal, Will You Be Mine?”
Another person who left a deep impact on my memories was Piyush Mungle. I had gotten myself into a small problem and he was the one who guided me and gave me some basic tips on “SURVIVAL IN KIAMS”.
There were so many, the three musketeers SirishaAddanki, NishthaVyas and Samyukta Mallapragada, choti Shreya Jain, the surkokila Aarthi Mohan, the handsome hunk Sriram Ramesh, the cowboy Robin Aasti, baba KaushikKashyap, Karan Bakshi and many more. They have taught me so much and have made my life here at KIAMS a lot more bearable.
And now that the time has come for them to go out and play on a much larger field, I say this honestly that I will miss them very much. I will miss the way I laughed with those guys and even teased a few. I will miss the way they had shared some very special moments with me.
To be honest, I am definitely not sad about them leaving. I am happy that they will go and make a name for themselves. I am happy that they will be conquering new castles out there. They have put their sweat and tears and blood in these two years and they should darn well enjoy out there.
To some up, I repeat my lines, “According to me, there are two kinds of people in this world; those that care and show it and those that care but can’t show it.” I fall in the second category and am proud of it. But for a change, I want to say that I enjoyed your company and will definitely miss it. I hope you guys get everything that you desire and excel in whatever endeavor you take.

When I came here you guys to me were arrogant and irritating and now that you are leaving you guys are like family, a part of my life.i hope I would be able to be the same for B14. Mattaesigona, Avajo, Paapom, Rub rakha, Aabar dekha hobey, Alvida, Adios, Ciao, Au Revoir, Good bye and Khuda Hafiz B12.

P.S. – If I miss spelt someone’s name, it was not my fault, you should correct your names on Facebook. Also, if I haven’t written about someone here, it’s because of my bad memory and not because you were unpopular (well you might be but you missed the chances).

TAKE CARE MY FRIENDS, I WILL MISS YOU VERY MUCH.

DEDICATED TO MY BUDDY, ANJU KHATRI. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND GIVE YOU SUCCESS ALL YOUR LIFE.

Regards,
Aadil Ahmed,
B 13

  10. Excellently expressed.. The very reason we all survived and adjusted so quickly to the KIAMS atmosphere was because of our seniors.. And now we'll follow the legacy and guide the next batch too just the way we had been.. Thanks a lot each and everyone of B-12 simply for being what u are..
    And lastly..
Wish You all the very best in your professional life ahead.. may u attain great heights and happiness all along..
